March went by and I didn’t pushed myself as I thought I would.
Maybe I just need to quit my other internship cuzz it’s killing me working in two different places for free.
So this is my committing on losing 5lbs for abril. I have to weigh 131 by then.
I’ve been eating so bad lately. Mostly because I can’t manage to get my lunch fixed and ready for the next day. So for instance I ate a sandwich for breakfast and for lunch I was starving and I had to buy some french fries. My milk for my oatmeal was spoiled already.
I just know I have to stop making this silly mistakes and as a compensation I have to kill it at the gym. Now with no break during the weak.

I’m currently between 139-140. So I need to shed off two pounds more.
So I’m hitting the gym 6 times a week and I do cardio for 6o+ minutes. Sometimes less because I have things to do but usually on weekends I try to push a little extra. So what I’m thinking now is on doing a 100 sets workout on my legs. I still have to figure out which ones will I be doing but what I want is to have the legs I’ve dream on since forever. So I’ll do my workout and see results in a month or two.
These are some of the exercises I’ll be doing.
- Plea squats
- Sumo Squats
- and Pilates for inner thighs.
